Kyle was able to get everything to complete the job and came out 1st thing Monday morning and spent all day repairing the structure beneath the roof so that the roofers could finish the roof before it rained. August 2017 we contracted Kyle and his team to make repairs on a bedroom prior to purchase of said home. During the repairs kyle found many items previously added to the room that were not to standard. He is very knowledgable and provided us with excellent recommendations to complete the project. The project was modified because of the previous owners contractor and sub-standard work. Kyle and his team had excellent communication with each other and us. After exploring other options including the big box stores, we had Kyle come out and bid replacing our roof and siding. It was evident at that point that he would be the right choice. Not only did he give us a very competitive quote (thousands less in some cases), he also Identified some structural issues that would need to be addressed to do the job right. Even with the needed repairs, his bid came in under the cost the big box stores quoted for just replacing what was there. He and his crew take pride in their work, and it is evident that they want to be as pleased with the finished product as the customer does. To keep costs down, we opted to do come of the more minor repairs ourselves, and let them handle the major stuff. Kyle and his crew scheduled things to accommodate this so we could stay on budget. The bottom line is, if you want someone who will work with you to ensure you get what you want for a fair price, Kyle and his team are the way to go!
